All entries must be published or broadcast between September 2004 to  November 10, 2005.

All entries must advance awareness of the need to care for HIV-positive people and not to discriminate against people living with AIDS and marginalized groups.

Entries are restricted to one person per production team

Entries for published material must include an original, photocopy of printout of the publication, including date and name of publication

Entries for broadcast material must include a VHS/DVD copy of the materials
